Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various locations, including homes, hospitals, and clinics. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and efficient blood collection while providing exceptional patient service.

Your pay will be commission based once fully trained and on your own independent schedule of patients/clients. Hourly based during the training period with our phlebotomist. Primarily looking for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5 am to 10/11 am shift. More to come in time as you become more independently working.

Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients using aseptic technique
- Ensure proper identification of patients and labeling of specimens
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Transport specimens to the specific locations in order for them to get to laboratories for testing purposes
- Provide excellent patient service, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns or questions
- Monitor vital signs during the phlebotomy process

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
- Current certification as a Phlebotomist preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and laboratory techniques
- Proficient in blood sampling techniques, including venipuncture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various settings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Valid and working vehicle to travel between job sites and patient homes
- Live within 10 miles of Bangor, Maine
